Quotes and pricing

• Quotes from the online tools are estimates. We confirm the final fixed price before any work starts, and it will never be higher than the figure agreed in writing.
• Minimum job value is $180. All prices include GST and call-out within the Perth metro area.
• The 15% launch offer applies to a customer's first residential clean and can't be combined with other discounts.

Access and site conditions

• You agree to provide access to the areas being cleaned and to an external water supply (a standard garden tap is fine).
• Please move vehicles, furniture and fragile items from work areas before we arrive. Pets should stay indoors during the clean.
• All work is performed from the ground. We do not undertake roof access or work at heights.

Our guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any part of the clean, tell us within 7 days and we'll return and make it right at no extra charge. This guarantee covers workmanship; it doesn't cover pre-existing damage, permanent staining that can't be safely removed, or regrowth of organic material over time.

Insurance and liability

WashLab holds public liability insurance; a certificate of currency is available on request. We take care on every surface and use the appropriate method for each material. We aren't liable for damage arising from pre-existing defects (loose render, flaking paint, cracked mortar or seals) that we've pointed out before starting.

Cancellations and weather

• You can reschedule or cancel free of charge with 24 hours' notice.
• If weather makes it unsafe or ineffective to work, we'll contact you to rebook at no cost.

Payment

Payment is due on completion for residential work, by card, bank transfer or cash. Commercial accounts are invoiced on agreed terms.
